Pratt Shows: Design
Reminders:
- Wednesday May 2 (before 4:30pm) - All work must be mounted and shown to Zach/Susan in Room 311 to be cleared to install at the show.
- Sunday May 6, 10am - All students showing at Pratt Shows: Design must come the the ARC on the Brooklyn campus to install their work. At this time, bring all of your mounted work, business cards, resumes etc.
- Thursday May 10: Industry Night - Students arrive at 5pm. Reception from 6-9pm. Please dress appropriately and be on time. You will arrive at 5pm and pizza will be served. By 5:40 all students will be standing by their work and will stay by their work until 9pm.
- Tuesday May 15: Friends and Family Reception, 12pm-2pm - Friends and Family are invited following Honors Convocation Ceremony to a reception. Food will be served!
- Pratt Shows: Design is open to the public Friday May 11 - Wednesday May 16 9am-9pm.
- De-install will take place Thursday May 17 and Friday May 18. If you wish to keep your work, please come during these days to retrieve it, if you do not, we will de-install it for you with no guarantee that it will be saved.

AAS End of Year Shows
Reminders:
- Friday May 4, 5pm-7pm: Friends and Family Reception - Friends and fairly are invited to celebrate your Exhibitions! Food will be served!
- The AAS End of Year Shows will be open May 7 - 18, M-F 9am-5pm.
- Students may not remove their work prior to the closing of the show.
- Painting/Drawing students may make arrangements to pick up their work by emailing Zach.
