Submission Guidelines
All submissions are due by Friday, April 30 at 5pm.
Each graduating student will be sent a link to a Google Drive folder. This is where submissions will be uploaded. (Access to Google Drive folders will be terminated at 5pm, Friday, April 30.)
Each file submitted must be labeled Firstname_Lastname_submission# (for example: John_Smith_1, John_Smith_2 etc).
All still images must be formatted to be displayed on the web. Jpg, gif and png are all acceptable formats.
Video files may be submitted using one of the following hosting sites: YouTube, Vimeo, Animoto or Wistia. If included in the show, the video(s) will be embedded in the gallery with the other works, but can only be included if hosted by one of these external sites.
For other types of works (i.e. playable games etc.) please contact Zach Whitehurst - zwhitehu@pratt.edu to discuss the options.
You may submit up to 30 pieces. (*If you have campaigns for design or diptych/triptych pieces, consider combining them into one image for submission.)
The best works from each student who submits will be selected to be a part of the exhibitions. Each student who submits work will be included in the shows (number of pieces included will be determined by jurors and based on the strength of the work submitted).
All work must be original and have been created during your time at Pratt to be considered for the show.
Please contact Zach Whitehurst - zwhitehu@pratt.edu - with any questions.
We will include contact information (name, email, website) for any participants that wish to include this information.
