Rules and Regulations


  • Only AAS Painting/Drawing students graduating in Spring/Summer/Fall 2019 may submit to be juried for the 2019 End of Year Show. All graduating AAS PD students are expected to submit work.

  • The show is juried and has limited space available for display. Not all works or all students submitting works will necessarily be selected. Jury selections are final.

  • Students may not remove any work prior to the closing of the show. (May 21, 2018)

  • No outside work shall be accepted.

  • The show will be dismantled on May 21. Students may pick up their work on this date. All work must be retrieved and removed by 4:30pm on May 31. Any work not collected by this time is subject to bing discarded.

**Submission deadline is Friday April 26, 5pm.

***Work which is submitted without labels will not be considered.

****The Associate Degree Department is not responsible for lost or damaged work.
