Selected works will be hung (Tentative May 9, Time TBD). Students will be assigned space/equiptment by the coordinators. Students are required to attend installation and install/assist with installing their own work. Labels will be provided for each student with Name/Email/Website/Major. 

*Students will not be responsible for printing accepted work. Each accepted group of work will be plotted and printed on one (or more) large

*Students will bring any 3D works to the ARC on installation day (tentative Saturday May 9, Time TBD). 

**Students should bring all "takeaway" items for display to the installation.

Students may not remove work prior to the closing of the show, May 19. The show will be dismantled May 19-20 and students may collect their 3D work and takeaways at that time. All work must be collected and removed no later than Thursday May 20.                 

Any work not collected by May 20 at 5pm is subject to being discarded.
