Submission Guidelines


The submission deadlines for AOS Game Design & Interactive Media students are:

  • Sunday, April 19, 11:59pm (midnight) - for all print work (digital submission)

  • Monday, April 20, 5:00pm - for all digital work (and 3D/additional elements)

Print Work (Digital Submission)

Digital Submissions for print work must be made no later than 11:59pm on April 21 to Dropbox. Each Student will be emailed a link to their own Dropbox submission folder (Your Name + Print).

Print works must be submitted as jpg's or at 300 dpi with minimum dimensions of 6" x 6". (Meaning that in any direction the minimum dimension accepted is 6".) Each jpg being submitted must be labeled/numbered as follows: lastname_firstname_number (whitehurst_zach_1). Each student must also complete a submission form. (Forms will be in your Dropbox folder and should be labeled lastname_firstname_submissionform .)

Print work will be juried by Associate's faculty/staff April 20-24. Zach Whitehurst will be the Exhibition Coordinator for AOS GDIM Print Work. Students will be notified of selected works April 24. All printing will be taken care of by the AOS Department.

Digital Works (Games, Websites etc.)

Submissions for digital work (Games, Websites etc.) must be submitted no later than 5pm on Monday, April 20. A link to a separate Dropbox folder (Your Name + Digital) will be emailed to you for these submissions. Digital work submissions must be accompanied by a separate submission form (labeled lastname_firstname_submissionform_digital). Digital work files should be labeled (lastname_firstname_number).

VIDEO: Please submit all video as a .mp4 file with a resolution of 1920x1080.

GAMES: all Unity based games should be exported using the “Standalone” setting choosing MacOSX.

*Any other project being submitted should be cleared with either Zach Whitehurst or Basem Aly.

3D Works/Additional Elements

Any 3D items or other elements GDIM students wish to have as a part of their Pratt Shows: Design space must be discussed with administration prior to submission deadlines. Please see or email Zach Whitehurst or Susan Young as soon as possible. (3D works/additional elements will be due April 20 5pm)


Students may digitally submit as many print works/digital works, created during their time at Pratt, as they would like. 

Consider the following when choosing work to submit: Choose works which best show your talents and skills. Choose pieces which best incorporate concept and craft.
