Rules and Regulations

• Only AOS GDIM, GD or ILL students graduating in Spring/Summer/Fall 2019 may submit to be juried for the 2019 AOS Pratt Shows: Design. All graduating AOS students are expected to submit work.

• The show is juried and has limited space available for display. Not all works or all students submitting works will necessarily be selected. Jury selections are final.

• Students may not remove any work prior to the closing of the show. (May 22, 2018)

• No outside work shall be accepted.

• The show will be dismantled on May 22-23. Students may pick up their 3D work and takeaways on these dates. All work must be retrieved and removed by 5pm on May 23. Any work not collected by this time is subject to bing discarded.

**Submission deadline is Sunday, April 21 midnight (for print work) & Monday, April 29 5pm (digital work).

***Work which is submitted without labels or which is labeled incorrectly will not be considered.

****The Associate Degree Department is not responsible for lost or damaged work.
