The submission deadline for AAS Graphic Design/Illustration students is Sunday, April 21 by 11:59pm. (The deadline for any 3D works students wish to submit is April 22 by 5pm.)

All work (except for 3D pieces) will be submitted digitally. Submissions must be made no later than 11:59pm on Sunday, April 21 to Dropbox. Each Student will be emailed a link to their own Dropbox submission folder. (3D works should be submitted to the Associate Degree office no later than Monday, April 22 5pm.)

Students may submit any number of original pieces created for a class during their time at Pratt. No outside work will be accepted. All submissions must meet the submission requirements to be considered. (All 3D work must be ready for display.)

Works must be submitted as jpgs at 300 dpi -or- as Illustrator PDFs (for vector images) with minimum dimensions of 6" x 6” for both file types. (Meaning that in any direction the minimum dimension accepted is 6".) Each jpg being submitted must be labeled/numbered as follows: lastname_firstname_number (whitehurst_zach_1). Each student must also complete a submission form. (Forms will be in your Dropbox folder and should be labeled lastname_firstname_submissionform)

Any 3D works that students would like to submit should be labeled/numbered. Each 3D submission must be accompanied by a submission form. (Labels and Forms are available in the Associate Degree office and by clicking on the link on this websites's homepage.) Please submit 3D works in a box or bag clearly labeled with your name and your submission sheet.

Submissions will be juried by Associate's faculty/staff April 22-24. Zach Whitehurst will be the Exhibition Coordinator for AAS Graphic Design/Illustration. Students will be notified of selected works April 24-25 (any 3D works not selected should be collected and removed on the 25th).

This year the Associate Degree Department will create posters of each accepted student's work which is selected for the exhibition. Student's will not be responsible for printing their work for display. The posters will be hung on the 3rd floor at PMC.

Consider the following when choosing work to submit: Space is limited. Choose works which best show your talents and skills. Choose pieces which best incorporate concept and craft.

Only works completed in the Associate Degree Department of Pratt Institute will be considered for inclusion in the show. Other works, professional or from other schools shall not be considered.
