Rules and Regulations

• Only AAS Graphic Design/Illustration students graduating in Spring/Summer/Fall 2019 may submit work to be juried for the 2019 End of Year Show. All graduating AAS GD/ILL students are expected to submit work.

• The show is juried and has limited space available for display. Not all works or all students submitting works will necessarily be selected. Jury selections are final.

• Students may not remove any work prior to the closing of the show. (May 21, 2018)

• No outside work shall be accepted.

**Submission deadline is Sunday, April 21 11:59pm. (3D work - April 22nd, 5pm)

***Work (jpg or 3D) which is submitted without proper labeling will not be considered. Work which does not meet the digital submission guidelines will not be considered. 

****The Associate Degree Department is not responsible for lost or damaged work.
