Exhibition Information

Exhibition Coordinators: Samuel Evanson, Jamie Powell & Zach Whitehurst.

AAS Painting/Drawing End of Year Show: May 4 - 13, PMC 2nd Floor.  

Reception: May 8, 4-6pm (Registration TBD)

Selected works will be hung May 2-3 (Tentative). Students will be assigned space by the coordinators. Students should be available to assist in hanging works if asked to do so. Labels will be provided for each selected work. 

Students may not remove work prior to the closing of the show, Wednesday, May 13. The show will be dismantled on May TBD and students may collect their work at that time. All work must be collected and removed no later than Friday May 29, 4:30pm. Arrangements can be made through Zach or the Associate's office to pick up your work.                 

Any work not collected by Friday May 29, 4:30pm is subject to being discarded.
