AOS Pratt Shows: Design - Pratt Brooklyn Campus, ARC Building

Public viewing will be available through timed tickets, participating students will have access throughout the duration of the show.

• Installation: Monday, May 6, 2pm

• Show Dates: May 9 - 15

• Alumni/Industry Reception: Thursday, May 9 6-9pm

• Gallery Hours (Public): 9am - 9pm

• Friends and Family Reception: Tuesday, May 14 4-6pm (tentative)

• De-installation: Thursday May 16 9am-5pm & Friday, May 17 9am - 12pm

Selected works will be hung Monday, May 6. Please arrive by 2pm. Make sure to bring resumes/business cards/take-aways with you. Students will be assigned space/equiptment by the coordinators. Students may be required to attend installation and install/assist with installing their own work. Labels will be provided for each student with Name/Email/Website/Major. 

*Students will not be responsible for printing accepted work. Each accepted group of work will be plotted and printed by the department.

*Students will be provided reasonable hardware for digital display/game play by the department/institute unless other arrangements are made prior to installation. The department/institute is not responsible for loss or damage of any equipment provided by the student.

*Students will bring any 3D works to the ARC on installation day Monday, May 6. 

*Students should bring all "takeaway" items for display to the installation.

Students may not remove work prior to the closing of the show. The show will be dismantled Thursday May 16 9am-5pm & Friday, May 17 9am - 12pm and students may collect their 3D work and takeaways at that time. All work must be collected and removed no later than 12pm on Friday, May 17 .                 

Any work not collected by 12 pm on Friday, May 17 is subject to being discarded.
