Rules and Regulations


  • Only AAS Graphic Design/Illustration students graduating in Spring/Summer/Fall 2024 may submit work to be juried for the 2024 End of Year Show. All graduating AAS GD/ILL students are expected to submit work.

  • The show is juried and has limited space available for display. Not all works or all students submitting works will necessarily be selected. Jury selections are final.

  • Students may not remove any work prior to the closing of the show. (May 10)

  • The show will be dismantled May TBD. Any 3D work can be picked up at that time. Arrangements can be made with Zach Whitehurst or the Associate Degree Department office. All 3D work must be retrieved and removed by 4:30pm on May 31. Any work not collected by this time is subject to bing discarded.

  • No outside work shall be accepted.

**Submission deadline is Monday, April 15 at 5:00pm.

***Work (jpg or 3D) which is submitted without proper file labeling will not be considered. Work which does not meet the submission guidelines will not be considered. 

****The Associate Degree Department is not responsible for lost or damaged work.
