Exhibition Information


Exhibition Coordinators: Deb Caponera & Zach Whitehurst.

AAS Graphic Design/Illustration End of Year Show: April 29 - May 10 PMC 2nd Floor.

Opening Reception: May 3, 4-6pm (Registration TBD.)

The Associate Degree Department will print one poster per accepted student with a "collage" of their accepted works. These posters will remain the property of the Associate Degree Department post-exhibition.

Posters will be hung TBD. Students will be assigned space by the coordinator. Students should be available to assist in hanging if asked to do so. Any accepted 3D works will also be assigned a space and installed at this time.

Students may not remove work prior to the closing of the show, May TBD. The show will be dismantled on May 15 & 16 and students may collect their 3D work (if any) at that time. Any 3D work must be collected and removed no later than 4:30pm on Friday May 31. Arrangements can be made through Zach or the Associate's office to pick up your work.                 

Any 3D work not collected by May 31 at 4:30pm is subject to being discarded.
